Citi Dallas is home to our main campus in Irving, situated just 20 minutes from downtown Dallas and another office space 30 minutes from Fort Worth. Our employees enjoy a variety of collaborative workspaces throughout the two campuses, and Citi Works, a flexible environment of unassigned seating, which is available on some floors. A Starbucks cafe, convenience store, and game room are available for snacks, refreshments, and for employees to enjoy time with their colleagues. There is an onsite health clinic and state-of-the-art fitness center that offer a range of services, classes, and activities.

Community Involvement

At Citi, we provide employees with a paid day off once a year to volunteer for an organization of their choice - in fact, employees dedicate more than 26,000 hours of their time to support the community each year. We also impact the wider environment through our Green Team’s efforts and initiatives that help protect our customers, our employees, and the Earth we inhabit.
