Citi's Apprenticeship Programs offer a comprehensive pathway for school leavers, early career professionals, career changers and university graduates to build a strong foundation in financial services.

Locations: Belfast
Structure: Hybrid learning (academic study and practical work); integration with partner education institutions (Ulster University, Belfast Met or Queen's University Belfast). Participants engage in a hybrid model that integrates practical experience gained on-site at Citi with academic studies conducted on campus.
Duration: 2 to 6 years (depending on partner university).
Start Date: Aligned with the start of the academic year.
Eligibility: School leavers, early career professionals and career changers.
Areas of Business: Legal, Markets, Operations, Technology.
Benefits: Full-time salary and benefits, hands-on corporate experience, professional qualification (funded by Department for the Economy), opportunity to secure a permanent role at Citi after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Structure: Hybrid full-time opportunity; partnership with BPP. A minimum of 20% of contracted working hours to be spent off-the-job (OTJ) training.
Duration: 18-22 months.
Start Date: Annually in September/October.
Eligibility: School leavers, early career professionals and career changers.
Areas of Business: Compliance, Services.
Benefits: Full-time salary and benefits, professional qualification (funded through UK government Levy), opportunity to secure a permanent role at Citi after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Eligibility: University graduates with no more than five years of post-degree experience.
