    Our apprenticeship program is open to those who have not graduated from university. Apprenticeships offer an opportunity for candidates to ‘earn while they learn’ and are designed to provide an alternative route into a career in financial services. The programs vary in length and structure depending on location and training modules followed.

    An opportunity for University students graduating within two years to participate in a short program that provides a deeper insight into how we operate and deliver on our mission. This program can serve as a springboard to a summer internship the following year.

  • Two internship program participants

    Available for students in their penultimate year of study. An internship length can vary across different locations from 10 weeks to 11 months. These paid internships consist of exposing you to a mixture of training, social events and professional experiences. At the end of the internship, successful participants may be offered a Full-Time role, starting after graduation.

Our application process is designed to help us get to know you and for you to learn more about us. From submitting your application to joining the Citi team, here’s what you can expect every step of the way.

1st Interview

If selected, you'll be invited for a one-on-one 25 minute interview, where we'll dive deeper into Citi leadership standards.

Superday Interviews

Consists of two 25-minute one-on-one interviews: one focused on your experience and the other on program specific technical questions.

Case Study Exercise

On the same day as your interviews, you’ll complete case study exercises designed to assess your ability to analyze data, make decisions and provide clear recommendations.

Offer Extended

If you are the best fit for the role, Citi will reach out with an offer.
