No matter where you are in your journey, Citi has a program to help you take the next step. From internships to full-time roles, our Early Career opportunities provide hands-on learning, mentorship and the chance to work on meaningful projects that shape the future of finance.

Our apprenticeship program is open to those who have not graduated from university. Apprenticeships offer an opportunity for candidates to ‘earn while they learn’ and are designed to provide an alternative route into a career in financial services. The programs vary in length and structure depending on location and training modules followed.
Find Apprenticeships -
An opportunity for University students graduating within two years to participate in a short program that provides a deeper insight into how we operate and deliver on our mission. This program can serve as a springboard to a summer internship the following year.
Find Early Identification Programs -
Available for students in their penultimate year of study. An internship length can vary across different locations from 10 weeks to 11 months. These paid internships consist of exposing you to a mixture of training, social events and professional experiences. At the end of the internship, successful participants may be offered a Full-Time role, starting after graduation.
Find Internships -
Available for students in their final year of study. Each program includes a combination of in-depth training, mentoring opportunities and interaction with clients and senior management.
Find Full-Time Analyst Programs -
For students in their last year of Master’s, MSBA, JD or PhD Program. It’s a perfect launch into a successful career with real-world experience and senior executive exposure.
