Background & Position Summary
The role will be part of theUSConsumerCards,a market leader in the credit card industry.US Consumer Cardsmaintainsits leadership position by delivering industry-leading products, advanced services and payment systems that address clients’ evolving needs.
US Consumer Cards offersa combination of class leading proprietary credit cards such as Citi Simplicity, Citi Double Cash, and Citi Rewards products as well aspartnercredit cards with iconic industry leaders such as Costco, American Airlines andBestBuy. These valuepropositions aresupported bya broad range of digital lending programs such as Flex Loan and Flex Pay, andindustry-leadingdigital experiences. Our mission is towinthe hearts,mindsand wallets of our consumers with high impact products and marketing.
This role is part of the Value team, within the larger US Consumer Cards organization.The Citi Value (Non-Rewards) portfolio is one of thelargestinUSConsumerCards - with the most cardmembers and generating the highestreturnsforthebusiness. This portfolio is a significant strategic focus for the organization, with visibility and attentiongivenits size and profitability. The Company has significant investment in thisareaand the need fornew approachestocustomer satisfaction and experience with our productsis urgent and requires freshand innovativethinking. This rolewillapply customer-centric mindset toidentifyopportunitiesto improvecustomersatisfaction acrossallcustomer touchpointsandwillwork to realize these changes incollaborationwithour cross-functional partners inMarketing,Digital,Techand Customer Servicingareas.Additionally,thisrole will be a day-to-dayproductmanager of SecuredCreditCardportfolio,ensuring seamlessproductoperation and relevant customer treatments,from acquisitions to graduation off intoanunsecured product.
Key Responsibilities:
OutlineoptimalValue customer interactions aligned with the portfolio strategy and implement a robust pipeline of improvements across Value customer touchpoints in partnership with our cross-functional partners (Marketing, Digital, Servicing)
Assistwith new product development efforts
Manage day-to-day operations for Secured credit card portfolio
Lead portfolio compliance with policies and other governance processes
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of credit card industry and competitor products/services
Customer-centric mindset
Ability to quicklyidentifyissues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions
Comfort with analyzing data,identifyingtrendsandreviewingcredit cardPnL
Strong negotiationand influencingskills
Project management and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience;Master’sdegree preferredand getting thingsdone
