Team/Role Overview

This product management role is part of the Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration (‘GLCC’) solutions area. The position entails responsibility for Cash Concentration, Notional Pooling and Real-Time Liquidity Product Management and Commercialization activities for the UK, Europe and MEA cluster encompassing product strategy and performance, product and platform delivery/ rollout, deal management, commercialization risk & control and re-platforming. 

What you’ll do

• Product Strategy and Performance

  • Contribute to GLCC product strategy, roadmap, and investment prioritization based on market analysis and customer needs.

  • Gather market intelligence, size segments, and analyze sector trends to identify opportunities.

  • Drive performance visibility and alignment with key stakeholders including Product, Operations, Technology, Sales, Banking, Legal, and Risk teams.

• Product & Platform Development/Rollouts

  • Support the rollout of new/enhanced products and global platforms, ensuring adherence to approvals and governance.

  • Collaborate on phased migration of liquidity structures from legacy to global platforms.

  • Enhance digital capabilities and STP processes to improve client experience.

• Commercialization

  • Drive client usage and commercial success of GLCC products through data, metrics, and alignment with sales and banking teams.

  • Develop and update client and internal collateral, maintain product content, and deliver trainings on product positioning.

  • Assist sales and relationship managers in identifying client needs and proposing solutions.

• Deal Management

  • Engage with and support LMS solutioning and client-facing teams on deals, including review, pricing approvals, and exception handling.

  • Recommend and deliver process improvements in collaboration with various operations and technology teams.

• Risk and Control

  • Build and maintain a pristine risk and controls environment in collaboration with global and cluster partners.

  • Ensure timely Product Approval Program reviews, Capability Grid updates, and appropriate risk assessment for deals.

  • Proactively identify, own, and manage issues, drive risk mitigation/remediation, and support audits/regulatory reviews.

What we’ll need from you

• 6-8 years of relevant experience

• Level of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline, preferably in Liquidity and Cash Management

• Knowledge of Citi and TTS systems and processes is helpful 

• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to make complex judgments and to provide solutions

• Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution

• Ability to build effective working relationships when engaging across partners

• Developed diplomacy skills in order to guide, influence and convince others

• Ability to articulate views and suggestions in a clear and succinct manner

• Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers

• Positive attitude and result-oriented approach

• Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent experience
