Job Overview

The Reference Data Services Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for opening and maintaining customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups, and actively ensuring that customer/product data details and settlement instructions across a variety of systems remain up to date.
• Liaises with other operational teams globally to ensure that a globally consistent model is followed with respect to this critical reference data.
• Ensures that statutory and regulatory obligations are met when new relationships with clients product/pricing sets are established.
• Verifies all details of the client/product from a regulatory and control perspective for Institutional Client Accounts
• Serves as escalation point for issues and complex processing.
• Involved in key projects for unit.
• Delivers daily project work and escalation management, routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

• 기업 및 기관 고객들에게 우수하고 차별화된 외환파생상품 서비스를 제공하고 경쟁력 있는 상품을 제안하기 위해 자금시장그룹 산하 부서의 내/외부 대고객 지원 업무 및 컨트롤 업무를 수행
• 뱅킹, 기업금융상품, 오퍼레이션 등 유관부서와 협업하고 글로벌 파트너들과 다양한 프로세스를 공유하여 업무 효율성을 제고

주요업무

• 고객 계좌 관련 업무 및 상품 가격 설정 진행, 관련 고객 데이터 및 결제관련 정보를 최신 상태로 유지함.
• 전 세계 다른 운영부서들과 협력하여 중요 레퍼런스 데이터에 대해 일관된 모델을 적용하도록 함.
• 신규 고객 관계 수립 시 법적 및 규제적 의무를 준수하도록 함.
• 기관 고객 계좌에 대해 규제 및 통제 관점에서 고객/상품의 세부 사항을 검증함.
• 문제 발생 및 처리 절차에 대한 에스컬레이션 창구 역할을 함.
• 부서의 주요 프로젝트에 참여하고, 프로젝트 관련 업무 및 에스컬레이션 관리를 수행함.
• 내외부 감사자료 수집 및 작성 지원함.
• 자금시장그룹 외환파생상품 관련 지원업무 수행함.

자격요건

• 5-7년 금융권 유관경력, 외환시장 관련 경력 선호 (오퍼레이션, 리스크, 고객온보딩, 미들오피스 등)
• 외환 파생상품에 대한 이해와 지식 보유자
• 원활한 영어/한국어 스피킹/작성 능력 및 MS office 사용기술
• 명확하고 간결한 의사소통 능력 및 협업 능력
• 업무 추진력과 실행력, 철저한 이행 능력과 꼼꼼함

근무조건

• 고용형태: 전문직
