We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Analyst, Fraud Operations (Internal Job Title: Fraud Ops Analyst C09) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This position will support the Senior Global Fraud Prevention Officer in the administrative, operations and strategic fraud functions.  The position will serve as a liaison between the country fraud teams across the region (APAC and EMEA), regional and global stakeholders to in providing fraud support, information and data essential for the fraud strategies, controls, processes and operations.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Provide administrative, strategic and coordination support for Global Fraud Prevention activities.

  • Support efforts to define, process and analyze the relevant data and information gathering and reporting across the countries in APAC and EMEA fraud teams.

  • Partner with global and regional and country stakeholders in collecting information and data needed for fraud strategies and processes.

  • Communicate and coordinate global deliverables and information across all the markets. 

  • Attend and provide updates on global and country fraud performance reviews and meetings.

  • Support in the oversight of controls, process and assessments of fraud processes and operations such as MCAs, Modelling Requirements, Fraud Risk Management Policies and Requirements, and Fraud KPIs and KRIs.

  • Work will all the fraud units of each country in fraud prevention, detection and mitigation plan, strategies and implementation.

Job Skills/Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience

  • Fraud Knowledge

  • Good communication, (both written and oral,) and interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic and energy levels
