Job Overview
An exciting opportunity is being offered for a highly motivated and client-focused professional to join the Global Network Banking team as a Client Manager. The role will combine responsibility for managing an individual client portfolio with supporting Senior Relationship Managers in the coverage and development of strategic corporate and multinational client relationships.
The position will play an important role in maintaining strong client engagement, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the execution of broader relationships and portfolio management strategies. Daily interaction with internal stakeholders across product, operations, risk, compliance, and implementation teams will be required to ensure timely coordination and seamless execution of client needs.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong understanding of client structures, banking requirements, and commercial priorities while contributing to portfolio growth and relationship deepening initiatives. Exposure to cross-functional collaboration, complex client interactions, and a dynamic banking environment will form a key part of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic client relationships will be supported in close coordination with Senior Relationship Managers.
- An individual portfolio of multinational clients will be managed on a day-to-day basis.
- Client inquiries, onboarding matters, documentation processes, and operational requests will be coordinated and followed through to completion.
- Strong working relationships will be maintained with internal product and support partners to ensure effective client service.
- Opportunities to strengthen client engagement and support revenue generation initiatives will be identified.
- Client activity, industry developments, and portfolio dynamics will be monitored and assessed on an ongoing basis.
- Meeting materials, portfolio reviews, pipeline updates, and management presentations will be prepared as required.
- Compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards will be always maintained.
- Support will be provided for client meetings, business development initiatives, and strategic projects where required.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Relevant experience within corporate banking, relationship management, client management, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities are expected.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to client relationship management will be valued.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are required.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are expected.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of corporate banking products and client servicing processes will be viewed favorably.
