Job Overview
If you're a Product Delivery Leader who thrives at the intersection of customer experience and technology, this Vice President, Reward Products & Premium Customer Experience Delivery role is your opportunity to shape how millions of customers engage with one of the most dynamic credit card programs in the market. Sitting within Citi's US Consumer Cards Rewards & Loyalty organization, you will own end-to-end delivery of Reward Product initiatives and Premium Customer Experience enhancements, working directly with Product and Technology teams to turn strategic priorities into live, customer-facing outcomes. This is a high-impact, fast-paced environment where your ability to bring clarity to complexity and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps will directly influence program growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Reward Product initiatives, ensuring customer-facing features launch on time, at quality, and with measurable impact on the customer experience.
Define and maintain a prioritized Product backlog in partnership with Product Management and other stakeholders, sequencing work according to business imperatives.
Translate business objectives into detailed feature specifications, user stories, and high-level requirements that development teams can act on immediately.
Identify and resolve delivery blockers that challenge sprint or release goals, proactively coordinating across technical and business teams to keep work on track.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product vision and drive concept development from ideation through to execution.
Communicate roadmaps, timelines, and status updates to Senior Leadership and working-level teams, tailoring the message clearly for each audience.
Balance delivery timelines and team capacity, influencing stakeholders and technology partners to achieve the best possible outcome.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
7+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Technology Delivery, Project Management, or similar disciplines
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and deliverables simultaneously across both business and technical workstreams without losing accuracy or pace.
Fluency in user story development, technical documentation, and agile delivery tooling, including JIRA and Confluence, to a standard that enables teams to execute independently.
Working knowledge of APIs, digital user experience design, and how front-end interactions connect to back-end systems, batch processing, and data flows.
Ability to remain composed under pressure, establish clear priorities in ambiguous situations, and create structure where it does not yet exist.
Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders across Technology, Product, and business functions to align on scope, timing, and delivery approach.
Relationship management or cross-organizational partnership, with the ability to maintain productive working relationships across internal and external teams.
Bachelor's degree required.
