Job Overview

Financial Systems and Process Lead will be responsible for improving reporting processes and overall change management related to business and finance initiatives.  This role will perform impact analysis ensure business readiness and interface with Business Analytics, LFOs and Finance functions.  Additionally, this role will improve Wealth financial systems and processes that support the LFO and business reporting to drive efficiencies and process improvements.

Candidates should have strong data analysis skills along with depth of experience in senior level communication (power point) in additional to the ability to multitask and execute in a dynamic environment. Experience with Wealth data systems and products is preferred. Depth of experience with data concepts, accounting, AI and transformation initiatives is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Wealth Controller and Wealth CFO and other senior management with insight and analyses on data, technology  and key financial statement drivers.
  • Contribute to the quality and completeness of the Control Framework to ensure accuracy and soundness for all Wealth metrics and management reporting systems
  • Ownership for process and systems improvements and change management interfacing with the Business
  • Help drive continuous improvements in efficiency, timeliness, and quality of information supporting the LFO and Business
  • Partner with various global functional teams to deep dive and analyze complex topics such as funds transfer pricing, liquidity premium and RWA.
  • Serve as back up to the Wealth business product lead on critical initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis.
  • Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to various audiences
  • Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software
  • Wealth business and product knowledge is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, process and data mapping
  • Experience on complex programs with demonstrated focus on Risk and Controls
  • Financial reporting experience
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvements and financial systems strategy

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • CPA preferred but not required

$144 480,00 - $216 720,00
