Job Overview

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Lead Product Manager to guide a talented team and redefine our digital customer experience. This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey, with a dual mandate: delivering world-class customer servicing while simultaneously driving significant post-login sales growth. You will lead a team of product managers, shaping the direction of our Citi Digital platform to meet ambitious business objectives. If you are a leader who thrives on balancing exceptional user experience with commercial goals and enjoys building and mentoring a high-performing team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team:Manage, hire, and develop a team of product managers. Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and data-driven decision-making within your team.
  • Drive Post-Login Sales Growth:Develop and execute a product roadmap focused on increasing sales and cross-sell opportunities after a customer logs in. Partner closely with Marketing, data science, and business teams to create targeted, personalized campaigns and offers.
  • Balance Sales with Service:Master the art of integrating sales initiatives seamlessly into the customer servicing journey. You will be obsessed with ensuring that efforts to drive revenue uplift, rather than detract from, the core user experience.
  • Champion a Unified Brand Experience:Own, build, and govern our Common Design Framework, ensuring we present a consistent and cohesive "One Citi" view across all consumer-facing digital properties.
  • Master the Customer Journey:Guide your team in thinking through and designing cohesive, end-to-end customer journeys that cater to multiple customer personas and their unique objectives, balancing both servicing and sales goals.
  • Drive with Data and Analytics:Utilize strong analytical skills to define success metrics for both servicing and sales, measure feature performance, and tie product enhancements directly back to business KPIs.
  • Lead with Influence:Guide and influence a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, and business partners. Clearly communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Product Leadership:8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years of experience managing or leading a team of product managers.
  • Growth & Marketing Acumen:Demonstrated experience in driving growth, e-commerce, or post-login sales initiatives. A strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and partnership models is essential.
  • Strategic Thinker:A results-driven leader who can contribute to directional strategy and make informed decisions that balance competing priorities and impact the entire business area.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:Passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences with a deep understanding of how to build products that serve diverse user needs.
  • Technical Fluency:A strong ability to work effectively with engineers and developers, understand the technical landscape, and translate customer needs into detailed product requirements.
  • Exceptional Communicator:Developed communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to guide, influence, and convince stakeholders across the organization.
  • Educational Foundation:A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Management, or Engineering. An advanced degree (Master's) is highly preferred.
