In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of technology-related Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) — developing accurate fee projections, analyzing service provider costs, and delivering financial insight that directly supports business transition across Citi's global footprint to manage Run the Bank and Build the Bank costs. This is a high-visibility position where your analytical work shapes how Citi manages and exits complex service arrangements at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models to forecast and project technology-related TSA fees billed to various entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across billing cycles.
  • Analyze actual technology service provider costs against agreed TSA fee schedules, identifying variances and surfacing areas for cost recovery or optimization.
  • Collaborate with TSA Service Management teams and service providers to refine cost breakdown structures and support cost reduction planning as TSA exits are executed.
  • Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for technology expenditures within the TSO, with a focus on TSA-related costs and associated revenue streams.
  • Deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for TSO management and technology leadership that communicate cost performance, key drivers, and contractual compliance.
  • Partner with technology, procurement, legal, and business teams across global locations to align on service consumption, cost structures, and TSA contractual terms.
  • Manage and interrogate large financial and operational datasets to generate decision-ready insights and maintain the integrity of underlying data.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Five or more years of experience in financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, or a comparable finance discipline, ideally within the technology division of a large global financial institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build financial models, prepare budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and manage cost reporting with precision and rigor.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formula construction, applied to real-world financial analysis.
  • Ability to translate large volumes of complex financial data into clear, concise insights and communicate them effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Comfortable operating across international teams and navigating the financial and operational nuances of a complex, global banking environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) or intercompany billing and cost recovery frameworks in a corporate or financial services context.
  • Familiarity with financial systems management such as Cubes, Invesment Requests in Investments at Citi, PTS, ARMs, or APS, used to support cost management and billing operations.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to develop visual reporting and enhance financial analysis.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline, is a plus.
