Job Overview

The Community Development Anlyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.
  • Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.
  • Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.
  • Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.
  • Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Coordinar la implementación académica, administrativa y operativa del espacio cultural, asegurando la ejecución eficiente de visitas, talleres, montajes, atención a públicos y la continuidad operativa de la Casa, cumplimiento de metas de atención a visitantes y beneficiarios, así como suplir a la Dirección en su ausencia.

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura (preferente concluida) en Educación, Museología, Artes Plásticas, Gestión y Cultura, Historia, Historia del Arte, etc.

  • Experiencia de 2 años en adelante en mediación y operación en museos o centros culturales.

  • Manejo Office Intermedio (excel, power point, word).

  • Preferente Inglés Avanzado (trato con extranjeros).

  • Habilidades: alto nivel de atención al detalle, trabajo en equipo, gestión de tiempo, manejo de grupo.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar y trabajar fines de semana y días festivos (Flexibilidad en horarios).

FUNCIONES:

  • Coordinación académica y educativa

  • Impartición de visitas guiadas y talleres a público general, escolar y/o especial

  • Supervisión y ejecución de visitas guiadas y atención al público

  • Coordinar los espacios de biblioteca, ludoteca y/o Centro de Investigación Documental para la atención a públicos

  • Apoyo a la coordinación logística de eventos institucionales

  • Apoyo a los montajes y desmontajes de exposiciones

  • Seguimiento de procesos administrativo y de indicadores

  • Vinculación con instituciones académicas y culturales

  • Investigación y elaboración de guiones curatoriales para exposiciones

  • Coordinación de proveedores, talleristas y colaboradores externos

  • Propuesta e implementación de mejoras operativas y creativas.

  • Suplencia de coordinación de Casa Señorial

  • Ejecución de la difusión de las actividades y eventos de la Casa

  • Seguimiento a proyectos especiales

  • Vinculación institucional interna

  • Seguimiento al personal de apoyo, talleristas, mediadores y proveedores relacionados con la operación del espacio

  • Atención a requerimientos extraordinarios.

NOTA: Necesario radicar en DURANGO , ya que la vacantes estará en dicha ubicación.
