Team/Role Overview:

Citi is seeking an experienced Pricing & Billing Product Manager to lead end-to-end pricing strategy and billing platform management across Middle east and Africa / MEA markets, based in Dubai. Sitting within MEA Platforms and Data Services Team, this role combines commercial pricing ownership with product management of Citi's Global Billing System, making it a rare opportunity to influence both revenue performance and client experience across a network spanning 25+ countries. If you are a commercially sharp product professional with deep transaction banking expertise and the ability to operate across sales, product, and operations, this role offers significant scope and visibility.

What you’ll do:

Lead comprehensive pricing strategies for cash management and commercial card deals, RFPs, rebids, and client pricing queries across MEA markets.

• Analyse portfolio pricing trends, wins, and losses to refine regional pricing strategies that minimize price compression and maximize wallet penetration.
• Design and execute client repricing programmes, managing the full cycle from cluster and global strategy through to client communications, negotiations, and implementation.
• Partner with Solution Sales Specialists, Sector Heads, and senior management to develop and present client value propositions and secure pricing approvals.
• Lead the rollout and governance of Citi's Global Billing System across non-GBS countries, coordinating with Technology, Operations, and Finance to deliver a consistent billing experience to clients.
• Manage a portfolio of billing improvement projects to enhance client access to pricing and billing information and drive standardization across the MEA network.
• Drive Pricing-to-Billing process simplification initiatives in partnership with billing operations, reducing revenue leakage and improving end-to-end efficiency.
• Conduct client portfolio analyses to identify underutilization of Citi services, translating findings into targeted growth and repricing recommendations for senior management.
• Maintain and enhance cash pricing models and databases in collaboration with Product and Sales teams to ensure accuracy and commercial relevance.
• Produce reports, P&L analyses, and executive presentations to communicate pricing performance, billing progress, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What we’ll need from you:

• Demonstrated experience in a pricing, product management, or market management role within transaction banking, with direct exposure to Cash Management and Commercial Cards.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, P&L analysis, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Ability to lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations with senior internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Implementations, Billing, and Operations to deliver against shared commercial objectives.
• Clear and compelling communicator with the ability to produce client-facing presentations and executive-level materials to a high standard.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with client-dictated timelines.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, or a background in data science, statistics, or a technical discipline that strengthens analytical output.
• Familiarity with project management principles and software development concepts, enabling effective collaboration with technology and operations teams.
• Knowledge of additional Transactional Banking product areas including Receivables, Liquidity, Channels, or Trade.
• Experience working with technical documents, data standards, and electronic billing formats across multi-country environments.
• Proficiency in a language in addition to English, supporting engagement with cluster and country teams across EMEA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification.
