We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Workplace Support Team Lead, Senior Vice President - Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines
The Workplace Support Team Lead, Senior Vice President is a senior leadership level position responsible for accomplishing results through the leadership of a team or department in an effort to drive the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources Partnership & Delivery team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of HR services to client groups within an assigned population.
Responsibilities:
Manage a global team of HR Delivery Partners (HR Generalists) to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) as well as deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance.
Develop the team to coach and develop managers to build manager and employee capability, resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues with key stakeholders, and ensure appropriate advice is given.
Manage projects/initiatives including Performance Management, Diversity, Talent Reviews, Organizational Design, Year-End Compensation, and Voice of the Employee (as applicable)
Partner with key stakeholders across HR Partnership & Delivery and other disciplines to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of global priorities and solutions to achieve business/department goals.
Lead and implement organizational change.
Coach HR Delivery Partners in HR related work, including but not limited to manager coaching and guidance, HR cyclical activities, workplace concerns, and accommodations (as applicable).
Influence and develop a team to improve their individual leadership and enhance their capability.
Serve as a strategic partner in recommending, developing, and executing business plans as well as develop and maintain working relationships with all key stakeholders and business leaders.
Anticipate, evaluate, and respond appropriately to developments in the local and international environments impacting HR policy
Review, perform root cause analysis, and utilize trends to coordinate resources, solve problems, and focus on re-engineering initiatives.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience in Training
Demonstrated influencing, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability to relate to and influence individuals at all levels
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
