投資銀行部門 部門アシスタント

■主な業務内容
投資銀行部門のバンカーが本来の業務に集中できるよう、以下のようなサポート業務を幅広く担当し、組織全体の生産性向上に貢献していただきます。

●アドミニストレーション業務
・請求書・経費処理
・組織図・座席表の作成・更新
・文房具等の備品管理・発注
・サブスクリプション・マーケットデータサービス申請対応
・名刺スキャン
・海外ビジター一覧の更新
・社内業務用ウェブサイトの更新（ファイルアップロード等）
・キャビネット割り当て及び鍵の管理
・外部倉庫での書類保管依頼の管理
・クリーンデスクポリシーの順守・確認作業（離席や退職時に、デスクの上に機密情報や書類等を放置しない、キャビネットが施錠されていることを確認するなどの情報セキュリティ保護のためのタスクです）

●ベンダーマネジメント
・各種ベンダーとの連携・管理(日本のベンダーとのやり取り、海外拠点含む社内とのコミュニケーションを含む)

●チームサポート業務
・社員の入退社に伴う各種手配（ITチームとPC・備品セットアップ、アカウント管理等の連携作業）
・その他、部門内の庶務業務全般
