Job Overview
The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate 4+ years UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing responsive, and user-friendly web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of UI designing, a commitment to best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively within an agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proficient in various qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, data analysis) to uncover user needs and validate design solutions.
2. Strong ability to structure content logically, create intuitive navigation, and design effective interactions that guide users through complex workflows.
3. Expert-level proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
4. A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout, coupled with a deep understanding of modern UI patterns and principles.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills and Qualification
1. Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
2. Experience with responsive web design and good to have mobile-first design principles across various platforms (web, iOS, Android).
3. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and an understanding of their impact on design implementation is highly desirable.
4. Experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform design decisions.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
