Job Overview

We are seeking a collaborative, analytical, and delivery-focused Technology Product Management Lead Analyst (C13) to support the evolution of Citi's Operating Model AI (OMAI) platform. This role will serve as a key liaison between Business, Operations, Risk, Controls, Data, AI/Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational transparency, governance, reporting, workflow management, and data-driven decision making across the organization.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Business Stakeholders, and End Users to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements, manage a prioritized backlog, and drive the successful delivery of platform capabilities. The role requires strong product ownership, business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile execution skills, with the ability to balance business priorities, technology constraints, and governance requirements.

The ideal candidate must be adaptable, execution-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing risks, removing impediments, and delivering high-quality outcomes while building strong partnerships across a diverse stakeholder base.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product leadership, engineering teams, and end users to define and deliver OMAI platform capabilities.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, process, system, and data requirements.
  • Translate business objectives into Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog aligned with business priorities.
  • Ensure requirements meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, demos, and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment and clarity.
  • Partner with Agile teams throughout sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release activities.
  • Provide ongoing functional guidance and requirement clarification to development and QA teams.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Operations, Governance, and Risk teams to drive delivery.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and workflow optimization.
  • Support implementation of AI-enabled capabilities, analytics, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation.
  • Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and release readiness activities.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, user feedback, and platform adoption to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive process improvements related to requirements management, Agile execution, prioritization, and delivery governance.
  • Act as the voice of the customer while balancing competing business and technology priorities.
  • Communicate roadmap updates, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Assess and manage risks appropriately, ensuring adherence to applicable policies, controls, and governance standards.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related Technology roles.
  • 5+ years of experience defining and documenting business, managing product backlogs, Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments utilizing Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience with AI-assisted tools, automation technologies, workflow platforms, and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Technology, Data, QA, Operations, and Business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and successfully deliver complex programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive consensus across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar product management and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to create process flows, business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user journey maps.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, analytics platforms, and data management concepts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively communicate complex business and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, execution focus, and the ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering business value.
  • Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Risk, Controls, Compliance, Operational Excellence, or Data Management organizations is preferred.
