The role requires strong origination skills, sound credit judgement and the ability to coordinate complex client engagements across multiple products, industries and geographies.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute client account plans focused on revenue growth, wallet share expansion and deepening strategic client relationships.
- Lead proactive origination efforts by identifying opportunities across lending, treasury and trade solutions, cash management, foreign exchange, derivatives, capital markets and other Citi products.
- Partner closely with product specialists, Investment Banking, Markets, Services and Risk teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to clients' strategic and financial objectives.
- Coordinate complex transactions involving multiple Citi product partners, geographies and stakeholders while ensuring high-quality client execution and delivery.
- Identify client needs and develop solutions to address financing, liquidity, working capital, risk management and broader banking requirements.
- Maintain responsibility for all credit aspects of the relationship including credit underwriting, annual reviews, portfolio monitoring, early risk identification and remediation strategies where required.
- Drive disciplined portfolio management while maintaining strong asset quality and adherence to Citi's credit standards, policies and risk framework.
- Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives across targeted sectors and client segments.
- Contribute to franchise growth by supporting market intelligence, industry analysis and identification of new business opportunities.
- Lead deal teams and mentor junior bankers by providing coaching, guidance and development opportunities while maintaining high standards of execution and accountability.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and governance standards while escalating risks and control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, relationship management, credit, investment banking or related financial services roles.
- Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships, originating business and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products including lending, treasury and trade solutions, cash management, foreign exchange, derivatives, capital markets and securities services.
