Job Overview
The role of the Know Your Customer (KYC) Client Executive (CE) is to support Services, Markets and Banking (SMB) product partners and their clients in the KYC journey.
Team/Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior KYC Operations Analyst to support client onboarding and periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations and internal policies. The role requires close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality KYC reviews and manage risk effectively
What you will do:
Perform KYC reviews for new and existing clients, including onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation activities.
Review and validate client documentation in line with AML/KYC, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Act as a key contact for clients and stakeholders on KYC-related matters.
Ensure KYC cases are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Conduct quality reviews of KYC cases and provide guidance to junior team members.
Identify and escalate compliance or operational risks where appropriate.
Support process improvement initiatives and operational change projects.
Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness at all times.
Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently with limited supervision.
What we will need from you:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in KYC, AML, Client Onboarding, Compliance, or Financial Crime Operations.
Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
Strong knowledge of AML/KYC and Customer Due Diligence requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in English, Russian and/or Kazakh language is essential
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively across teams, regions, and time zones.
