Job Overview
The Cards Digital Strategy team is the voice of U.S. Branded Cards in Citi’s digital channels, with the mission of building the best digital ecosystem to service and engage credit card customers. In this role, the team drives strategy and execution of digital priorities for the Cards business in partnership with U.S. Consumer Digital.
We are seeking a dynamic VP, Cards Digital Experience to join our team, supporting the growth and evolution of the credit card digital experience. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and product development, driving end-to-end initiatives that shape the digital customer experience and deliver best-in-class solutions to our credit card customers.
This VP would be expected to drive forward the team’s Cards Digital strategic priorities and partner with Technology to execute. The position requires close collaboration across a wide array of internal stakeholders, including Digital Technology, Marketing, Design, Customer Experience, Fraud, and Analytics. As Citi looks to establish itself as a leader in the digital space, this role will be critical to informing and delivering on our multi-year roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and execution of digital capabilities aligned with Cards priorities
- Translate business objectives into actionable requirements and user stories
- Own and execute the Cards Digital roadmap, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Conduct robust competitive benchmarking and gap analyses to develop recommendations
- Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and industry trends to iterate and improve post-launch
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in product development, digital strategy, or related fields, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Strong understanding of digital products and customer-centric design principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
