Job Overview

Output Validation& Analytics team focuses on the accuracy and stability of the key Wholesale Credit Risk Metrics. Team covers exposure variance analysis within agreed thresholds and share findings with several business and risk partners through the online tools and notifications. The proposed Global Team Manager role combines Subject Matter Expert knowledge, Teams management responsibilities and leadership role in tools, functionalities development for the internal Citi stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute data quality controls and exposure monitoring with regular and ad-hoc metric production.

• Lead analytics and information management for multi-product relationships, supporting global 1st and 2nd line stakeholders.

• Possess deep understanding of data sources and analytics techniques in consumer finance, with expertise in customer recognition, cross-channel servicing, marketing, digital acquisitions, and attribution.

• Champion analytics to improve business outcomes; skilled in talent acquisition, training development, and career growth for analytics professionals.

• Effectively execute strategies in ambiguous contexts, collaborating with IT, operations, marketing, finance, credit, fraud, and authorizations to build data platforms and analytics solutions for improved customer experience and business growth

• Assess and manage risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies to protect Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in financial services, including 5+ years in a managerial capacity.

• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and effectively framing business problems.

• Excellent analytical, technical, and/or statistical skills, with a proven ability to translate large volumes of data information.

• Deep knowledge of Wholesale Credit Risk and Derivatives/Securities products.

• Experience working directly with business partners to ensure the optimal design and delivery of consumer-facing solutions.

• Possesses an excellent customer focus.

• A strong team player with the ability to lead, partner, and negotiate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver client needs.

• Market research experience is considered a valuable asset.
