The Operations Core Project Lead (VP Product Owner) is responsible for supporting the ongoing enablement, enhancement, and maintenance of the LoanIQ platform within Global Wholesale Lending Operations. The role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Business, and Technology teams, ensuring the successful delivery of platform capabilities that support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business growth.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in both LoanIQ and Syndicated Lending Operations, with strong expertise across Agency, Participation, Bilateral, and Secondary Loan Trading products. They will drive product backlog management, support strategic initiatives, facilitate business requirements gathering, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful implementation of new functionality and platform enhancements.

What you'll do:

  • Act as Product Owner for LoanIQ platform initiatives, enhancements, and operational readiness activities.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.

  • Support Agile delivery processes including planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and release activities.

  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness activities.

  • Provide subject matter expertise across syndicated lending products including Agency, Participation, Bilateral, and Secondary Loan Trading.

  • Support production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop procedures, training materials, and business communications to support platform adoption and operational excellence.

  • Identify, escalate, and track risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, and Transformation teams.

What we need from you:

  • Extensive experience with LoanIQ platform functionality and Wholesale Lending Operations.

  • Strong knowledge of syndicated lending products and end-to-end operational processes.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and product ownership roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, influence stakeholders, and drive results across global teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree required.

  • Master’s degree preferred.
