Role Overview
The Client Onboarding Senior Analyst applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.
Responsibilities:
Co-operate with internal partners to perform systems maintenance based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes.
Process clients’ instructions ensuring the highest accuracy and effectiveness (ensuring deadlines are adhered to) by providing response to Front Office (Associate Bankers, Bankers) and internal Operational Teams inquiries.
Remain up to date with the current procedures, internal rules, external regulations, and follows the changes in the aforementioned documents
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Business, Compliance, Legal, and Operations partners to ensure seamless client support and issue resolution..
Ensure all queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
Escalate urgent / risk issues through the appropriate escalation channels.
Co-operate with and support other teams/employees upon supervisor’s instruction, including possibility of movement to another team and/or process.
Effective execution of day-to-day responsibilities, as well as execution of any other work instructed by supervisor related to this function (e.g. participation in trainings, projects, conference calls, systems’ testing, etc.)
Support management in driving process efficiency, control enhancements, quality initiatives, and implementation of strategic projects across the function.
Requirements:
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment.
Capable of multitasking and eager to learn multiple products in a challenging environment. Fast learner, strong attention to detail, and willingness to go extra mile.
7-10 years' experience in financial services preferred.
Proficient command of English – verbal and written.
