Job Overview
The Client Onboard Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role responsible for managing complex client onboarding processes, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance. This role requires independent problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to integrate specialized knowledge with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, including customer interaction, documentation, system setups, and account opening/maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, meeting or exceeding customer expectations and service level agreements.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement new work procedures, analyzing complex and variable issues to optimize departmental impact and service efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with internal processes, regulations, policies, and guidelines, actively contributing to risk management practices.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members, providing guidance and supporting continuous knowledge development.
- Proactively assess and mitigate risks in all business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets through ethical judgment and compliance.
- Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independent judgment and autonomy in managing daily tasks and departmental objectives.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English, for effective stakeholder and client interaction.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a proactive team player in a dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a high-volume, time-sensitive, and high-risk setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and demonstrated exposure to client interaction.
- A fast learner, eager to acquire comprehensive end-to-end product knowledge across multiple offerings.
- Demonstrated ability to handle urgent issues and escalations, effectively managing expectations of both clients and internal teams.
