Job Overview

The Loan IQ (LIQ) NAM Regional UAT Lead (VP) is a strategic professional supporting the end-to-end UAT lifecycle for Loan IQ platform changes impacting the North America region. The role ensures that business requirements are validated accurately, system functionality meets operational and regulatory standards, and implementations are delivered with minimal risk to clients and the firm. This position partners closely with Technology, Operations, Business, and Global Platform teams to support strategic transformation initiatives, platform upgrades, and continuous process improvement across Citi’s commercial lending ecosystem. Candidate will be responsible for UAT test plan creation, test script writing, test execution and Operations test result review for sign-off and Production implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NAM regional UAT efforts for Loan IQ related to strategic programs, regulatory initiatives, platform enhancements, and production fixes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT strategies, plans, scenarios, and test scripts aligned with Citi’s testing governance and SDLC controls.
• Coordinate testing execution across NAM stakeholders, ensuring test coverage for functional, operational, regulatory, and downstream impacts.
• Drive defect triage and resolution, partnering with Technology, Business SMEs, and global teams to ensure timely remediation and retesting.
• Serve as a Loan IQ subject matter expert on system functionality, EOD/Batch processing, facility and loan lifecycle events, data flows, and integration with Citi’s internal platforms.
• Ensure full compliance with Citi’s internal controls, including MCA requirements, audit expectations, and model/regulatory standards where applicable.
• Prepare and deliver clear UAT reporting, including daily status updates, metrics, risk/issue escalation, and readiness assessments for business sign-off.
• Support implementation planning and post-go-live validation, ensuring a smooth operational transition with no client or financial impacts.
• Champion continuous improvement of UAT methodologies, controls, documentation quality, and testing efficiency in alignment with Citi Transformation goals.

Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience with Loan IQ in UAT, Business Analysis, Technology, or Loan Operations.
• Strong understanding of Syndicated Lending, Bilateral Loans, Agency Services, and Commercial Loan Operations, ideally within a global bank environment.
• Familiarity with Citi processes, including MCA, Issue Management, CAPs, SDLC/Agile, and governance frameworks.
• Strong command of UAT tools such as JIRA and experience with testing documentation and traceability.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven ability to work across globally distributed teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and lead testing efforts in a matrixed environment.

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
