A visionary product leader responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our next-generation, AI-first data platform. This role will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, driving the transition from manual data operations to intelligent, autonomous systems. The ultimate goal is to deliver Data as a Product, enabling scalable, real-time, and frictionless client data delivery through innovative APIs and cloud ecosystems like Snowflake.

AI-Driven Platform Automation: Drive the architectural vision for a self-optimizing data ecosystem. Champion the strategic application of AI/ML to enhance data quality, automate operational workflows (e.g., ingestion, reconciliation, validation), and create a resilient, low-touch environment.

Client & Developer Experience: Obsess over the end-user experience for both external clients and internal developers. Define requirements for AI-powered tools, such as copilots and chatbots, to simplify data discovery, enhance support, and accelerate development cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market analysis and requirements gathering through to go-to-market strategy, launch, and iteration. Establish a framework for continuous user feedback and improvement to achieve product-market fit.

Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact automation and data product opportunities. Articulate the "why" behind product decisions and effectively balance long-term strategic initiatives with short-term deliverables.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive and market-leading product experience. Foster a culture of innovation and automation, influencing stakeholders across the organization to adopt an AI-first, product-led mindset.

Data Intelligence & Value Proposition: Leverage AI to generate actionable insights into client behavior and predict future data demand. Develop strategies for data productization and clearly define the value proposition and potential monetization models for new data offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

Deep expertise in modern data architectures, including cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS), streaming technologies, and API-first design.

Executive Influence: Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate a complex technical vision to both executive and technical audiences. Proven ability to lead and influence large cross-functional teams and drive significant organizational change.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
