Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Manager, Director for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Lead product development initiatives for new and expanded financial products in Latin America. Develop business cases for initiatives spanning product development related to Corporate Trust products, Depositary Receipts, Fiduciary and Agency Products, and fiduciary and agency arrangements.  Create implementation plans and review with stakeholders following product approval governance. Determine priorities for the product development agenda.  Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent product offering across the region and to ensure that products comply with local and corporate policies and LATAM banking, securities market and trust regulations.  Assess opportunities to expand product features in the LATAM region.  Create standard and regionalized business procedures for in Latin America.  Develop common standards and procedures that meet local requirements and corporate standards.  Define product standards and limits.  Review escalations from local teams on questions or approval for deviations or waivers of the requirements.  Identify technology needs for the business.  Manage technology agenda and priorities.  Monitor and manage business liabilities.  Monitor balance levels in different currencies and countries.  Develop strategies to retain and grow the business’ balances and related earnings, considering revenue dynamics and deposit monetization. Establish strategy on account remuneration to capture balances and maximize return. Apply knowledge of treasury operations, transfer pricing and hedging.  Coordinate service level agreements. Involved in project finance and capital market transactions, transfer pricing and corporate treasury dynamics. Conduct risk assessments on the acceptability of negotiation provisions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics or related field and 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, Senior Specialist, Analyst, Associate or related position involving product development of financial products for the LATAM region. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 10 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 8 years of experience must include: Corporate trust products; Fiduciary and Agency arrangements; Product development related to Corporate Trust, Depositary Receipts, Fiduciary and Agency Products; Product approval governance; LATAM banking, securities market, and trust regulations; Revenue dynamics and deposit monetization; Project finance and capital market transactions; Transfer pricing and corporate treasury dynamics.
