Securities Services is seeking a product manager to focus on Billing managing multiple Business, Regulatory and efficiency enhancements.

The individual will work within the Custody Product team and support the execution of the Billing strategy.

The individual will work closely with business, legal, risk and operational partners identifying and implementing product change and enhancements in line with business, efficiency, regulatory and market mandatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Re-Engineer existing product to maximize efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop plans, prioritize and co-ordinate the delivery of products or product features.
  • Work with Data & Digital teams and our innovation lab to support solutions for our product strategy and fulfil the delivery objectives.
  • Understand, communicate, and implement global product strategies.
  • Be the agent of transformation of the existing structure into a more productive, efficiently controlled with increased digitalization and less manual touchpoint dependencies.
  • Work closely with operations and technology to create detailed Business Requirements Documentation defining core product functionality based on client demand, market/regulatory requirement, operational efficiency, or long-term strategic objectives.
  • Ensure products developed are implemented in line with business requirements including a clear definition of success criteria.
  • Work with other internal partners (Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance etc) to ensure all new product developments meet internal business approval requirements.
  • Support relationship and sales teams acting as product expert when discussing new opportunities with clients.
  • Act as senior point of escalation for the Custody businesses for all Billing product related issues
  • Keep abreast of market trends and client needs working closely with the Client Solutions Product Team, Coverage organizations and directly with clients.
  • Participate in relevant industry governing bodies where needed.
  • Agree product development priorities as part of the annual plan with Custody business owners.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to analyze different processes and identify inherent risks
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Proven project management and implementation skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with various levels of management
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
