The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of analytical support for the HRP&D team. These tasks include managing activities such as developing, tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborate in projects linked to key initiatives within HRP&D and other activities supported by the overall Business Execution team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing development of the HRP&D organization through reporting enhancements, process implementation and execution of routine analytical reporting requirements leveraging measurable process and performance metrics
  • Working with stakeholder teams, identify the existing menu of metrics and key reporting functions and work with partner teams to develop enhanced tracking, automated reporting where possible and ultimately design a monthly view of key operational metrics for the HRP&D Senior leadership team
Develop reporting routine and process documentation for partner teams
Develop MOR/Monthly Scorecard to be compiled, analyzed and summarized for senior leadership on a monthly basis
Provide credible challenge and review of metrics and reporting measures
Secure data and record retention as needed
Monitor team’s end results, ensuring quality and efficiency and contributes to resource planning, budget management and formulation of procedures
  • Contribute to development of new techniques, models, and plans within area of expertise including but not limited to; Financial controls, capacity management, headcount reporting and resource demand requirements
  • Facilitate alignment of the Operations Support infrastructure through focused technologies and processes
  • Acts as liaison to central HR teams engaged in the compilation of key performance measures across HR, provide support for ongoing enhancements to the model
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made and escalate where needed

Skills:

  • High attention to detail, balanced with appreciation of the bigger-picture goals and objectives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across various levels of seniority
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

Qualifications:

  • 6 - 10 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
