The Human Resources Management Associate (HRMA) Program is a two-year leadership development experience designed for MBA and Master's candidates who are passionate about people, business, and creating meaningful organizational impact.

What You'll Do

As an HR Associate, you'll work on high-impact initiatives that support Citi's strategic priorities and help shape the employee experience across the firm.

You may:
•    Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
•    Partner with stakeholders to solve complex organizational and talent challenges
•    Contribute to projects that drive business performance, workforce effectiveness, and organizational success
•    Lead initiatives from strategy through execution
•    Develop presentations and recommendations for senior leaders

Challenge existing approaches and identify innovative solutions that create meaningful impact. From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful work while collaborating with colleagues, mentors, and leaders across Citi's global organization.

Program Experience

The HRMA Program combines challenging assignments, leadership exposure, and professional development to accelerate your growth.

During the program, you'll complete two 12-month rotational experiences designed to broaden your perspective, strengthen your leadership capabilities, and deepen your understanding of how people strategies drive business outcomes.

Qualifications
•    MBA or relevant Master's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
•    3-5 years of full-time professional work experience
•    Strong academic performance
•    Demonstrated leadership experience through professional, academic, or community involvement
•    Willingness to relocate for developmental opportunities

Location: Tampa, FL

Salary:   $100,000 annual

Upon successful completion of the program, associates are positioned to pursue opportunities across Citi's global organization, leveraging the experiences, relationships, and capabilities built throughout the program to accelerate their careers and make a lasting impact.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$60,000.00 - $145,000.00
