Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Platforms is a strategic leadership role responsible for the vision, governance, transformation, and delivery of enterprise platforms supporting Procure-to-Pay, Third-Party Risk Management, Procurement, Non-Employee Lifecycle Management, and Travel & Expense functions.

This role serves as the primary business and technology leader for Oracle P2P capabilities, driving end-to-end platform strategy, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology organizations to modernize processes, improve controls, and deliver scalable solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess deep Oracle ERP Procure-to-Pay expertise, strong accounting and financial process knowledge, and a proven track record of leading large-scale global implementations and enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise Procure-to-Pay and related platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance across multiple teams responsible for platform ownership, delivery, and production support.
  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Build strong partnerships with executive stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, Procurement, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and business organizations.
  • Own the governance, scalability, stability, and performance of core enterprise platforms, including Oracle P2P systems, third-party risk solutions, and expense management platforms.
  • Ensure solution designs meet business, operational, compliance, audit, and control requirements.
  • Drive successful execution of complex cross-functional programs through effective planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead large-scale global deployment programs from strategy and pilot execution through enterprise rollout and stabilization.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple functional and technical workstreams to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Develop scalable implementation methodologies and deployment frameworks to support global transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives while maintaining quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership, country and regional leaders, and global management teams.
  • Translate complex business and technology concepts into concise and actionable executive communications.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, status updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and cross-functional working sessions.
  • Maintain strong alignment between business requirements and delivered technology solutions.

Qualifications:


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise Finance and Accounting platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes, including Accounts Payable, Procurement, Supplier Management, Travel & Expense, and related financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise-wide transformation programs and platform implementations.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong program management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise change management practices.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing business and technology teams.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage resource planning and allocation to optimize organizational effectiveness and delivery success.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate internal and external candidates to build strong and diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Procure-to-Pay solutions for a global Accounts Payable or Shared Services organization.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, or other leading ERP platforms.
  • Experience leading large-scale global deployments and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management, Supplier Governance, Non-Employee Lifecycle Management, and Travel & Expense platforms.
  • Experience working within highly regulated financial services environments.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
