Enterprise Excellence is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.

BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data across multiple sources to identify areas for improvement
• Support solutioning and development of business case with associate cost-benefit analysis
• Partner with Operations SMEs to document and validate business requirements, testing execution, go live preparation and user training
• Document BRDs for new requirements while ensuring business needs are met throughout development
• Create traceability of business requirements to technical development and testing strategies
• Document testing strategies and scripts
• Conduct functional testing to continuously improve usability and effectiveness
• Track key performance indicators process insights in line with business and franchise priorities
• Measure the impact of process changes and report to Business Engagement Lead and Product Lead
• Assist with the management of enterprise data assets and products in a large, complex organization
• Experience supporting targeted solutions to global business communities
• Familiarity with classifying and categorizing data
• Collaborative attitude and able to work with technology and business partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery
• Quick learner with an analytical and flexible thinking style
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work well on cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

The role requires the analyst to analyze data across multiple sources using data insight tools like Tableau, derive insights and bs skilled at using these insights to develop material to present to stakeholders, opportunity framing, associated cost-benefit analysis, requirements gathering and contribute to design partnering with Products teams. This requires a lot of curiosity,being well versed with analytical tools , and developing methods and metrics to measure progress. Requires good interpersonal and collaborative skills to understand the breadth of solutions available in Citi and how we adapt to what is needed to improve processes for our Ops partners.
