- Escalate aged or high-impact settlement breaks and recommend fixes that reduce risk exposure.
- Maintain and validate standing settlement instructions and account data to support accurate trade processing.
- Support process and control improvements, including system enhancements, migrations, and automation projects, to strengthen straight-through processing.
- Mentor new team members on settlement procedures and share best practices across the team.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in securities operations, custody operations, settlement processing, asset servicing, or a related financial operations role.
- Solid understanding of the securities trade lifecycle and custody settlement process, including matching, settlement, cash and securities movements, and reconciliation.
- Experience resolving settlement exceptions while communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong awareness of operational risk, controls, and escalation practices within a financial services environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and recommend practical process improvements.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume, time-sensitive operational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, banking, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
