We support issuers and shareholders through equity offerings by offering a range of strategic solutions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-ons, block trades, private placements and more.

Our track record of successfully executing transactions in dynamic and challenging market conditions is a testament to Citi’s commitment to providing the highest quality service to its clients.
