Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tibco Business Works (BW) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting microservices and integrating them with various systems using Tibco technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud hosting environments and a working knowledge of Splunk for monitoring and analysis.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Tibco Technology Expertise:Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Tibco Business Works (BW) and other Tibco products.
• Microservice Development:Lead the development and troubleshooting of robust and scalable microservices, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Cloud Technology Proficiency:Leverage cloud platforms for hosting and managing microservices, demonstrating proficiency in cloud-native development practices and deployment strategies.
• Troubleshooting and Support:Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues related to microservices and Tibco integration components.
• System Monitoring:Utilize Splunk for effective monitoring, logging, and analysis of application performance and system health.
• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Best Practices:Adhere to development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on integration and microservices.
• Proven experience with Tibco Business Works (BW) and related Tibco integration products.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microservice development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technology for hosting and managing applications.
• Working knowledge and practical experience with Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
