Job Overview

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Tableau Developer with strong SQL and Oracle expertise to create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
• Provide support and training to end-users on Tableau tools.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Python, and Oracle databases.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Experience in performance tuning of Tableau dashboards.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
