  • Client Advisory: Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions across financing, cash management, foreign exchange, and other treasury services to optimize their operations.

  • Cross-Selling: Proactively cross-sell a wide range of banking products, including cash management, trade finance, structured trade, foreign exchange, commodities, fixed income, syndicated & bilateral loans, and capital market solutions.

  • Credit & Risk Management: Oversee all credit aspects of the client relationships, including conducting annual reviews, identifying early problem-recognition, and implementing remedial actions.

  • Risk & Compliance: Appropriately assess risk in all business decisions, ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Uphold the firm's reputation and safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and its assets by applying sound ethical judgment and transparently escalating and managing control issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6- 10 years of relevant experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or investment banking, with a focus on the Financial Institutions sector.

  • Expertise: Proven track record in originating and managing complex client relationships. Deep knowledge of capital markets, treasury services, credit products, and risk management solutions. Strong understanding of the strategic challenges and objectives of financial institutions.

  • Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives. Strong analytical, credit, and financial modeling skills. Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to mentoring junior talent.

  • Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is highly desirable.
