Job Overview

We are looking for a Signer Management Project Specialist for a 12 month fixed-term.

He/she will be responsible for ensuring there are appropriate focus, traction and progress in delivering this key transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Populate daily tracker
  • Carry out manual data extraction and transposition of data for all non structured signers
  • Daily Catch Ups with local Project Team to track Progress on Doc Remediation, Rule Validation, PTE Testing, Manual Bucket and other task
  • Depending on complexity, if there are scope rules Project Ops will complete the Scope Rule validation and Scope manual extration where possible
  • Carry Out Rule Validation Activity for rules created by Technology within the required timeframe
  • Creating Sample Test Data in standard format.
  • Issue Log to be updated
  • Progress, issues and defects to be socialised between Tech and PTE Testing Team
  • Carry out manual remediation

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Experience of work in a process driven environment
  • You speak English at communicative level
  • You have attention to detail, are responsible and learn quickly
  • You are open to new experiences and development within a global company
  • You work well within a team and can cooperate with others
