Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced FX ECN Senior Analyst to join our team, supporting electronic trading workflows across key FX platforms. This role requires strong product knowledge, hands-on experience with ECN environments, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, front-office facing setup.

In addition, the role will play a key part in driving automation initiatives, contributing to the redesign and optimization of existing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day FX ECN trading activities across platforms such as Bloomberg, 360T, FXAll, and EBS
• Monitor and manage trade flows across FX products including spot, forwards, and NDFs
• Handle RFQ and streaming workflows, ensuring accurate and timely execution
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, pricing issues, and platform-related incidents
• Act as a key escalation point for traders, sales, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to risk and control frameworks, including timely escalation of issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Contribute to building automation logic and workflow design in collaboration with technology teams
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable automation requirements
• Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Working hours: 9:00-17:00, and 15:00-23:00

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of FX markets and products, including spot, forwards, NDFs, and RFQ workflows
• Proven experience working with FX ECN platforms such as Bloomberg, 360T, FXAll, and EBS
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues
• Understanding of process automation concepts and ability to contribute to automation design
• Experience working with data and tools such as Excel (additional technical exposure is a plus)
• Strong risk and control mindset, with awareness of regulatory requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability

Nice to Have:

• Experience in process automation initiatives (e.g. workflow tools, scripting, low-code solutions)
• Experience working with technology teams on system enhancements
• Experience in a front-office or trading-aligned environment
