This position is based in Olsztyn within the Liquidity and Investment Operations Department. The Cash and Trade Processing Intermediate Analyst is responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to research issues, conduct analyses, and drive their resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex client setups across a suite of applications
• Manage client inquiries
• Investigate and resolve the root causes of data quality issues and processing errors
• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management to support process improvements and automation initiatives
• Partner with multiple teams to develop and execute automation testing
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with technology support and internal customers to facilitate open and direct communication regarding issues, requirements, and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Ensure awareness of and adherence to internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong service orientation, professionalism, accountability, and client/business focus
• Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of attention to detail
• Practical experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including experience with Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and formulas
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business lines and management levels while working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
• Highly motivated, persistent, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive environment while quickly learning new processes and products
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and the ability to leverage them to enhance efficiency and support data analysis
