The Cash and Trade Junior Analyst is a junior-level role responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the stakeholder teams. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing the payments flow or charges settlements for Western European countries.

Responsibilities:

• Process all payment flow ensuring high accuracy and efficiency

• Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience, and precedent

• Suggest operational improvements

• Proactively anticipate and respond to deliverables requests from internal and external Stakeholders

• Actively contribute to and collaborate on operations projects

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of operations and its interdependencies within the organization

• Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and escalating control issues with transparency

Qualifications:

• Banking/relevant experience will be an advantage

• Bachelor’s/University degree preferred

• SWIFT knowledge will be an asset

• Effective communication in both written and spoken English

• Analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work against tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and multitask effectively

• Readiness to work in different work shifts, including public holidays on a rotational basis
