The COO’s Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) team is seeking to hire a Change Management (CM) Analyst to fill a strategic deployment role critical to mobilizing a newly established centralized capability focused on change management. The CM Analyst will be expected to support implementation of a large scale project with focus on the automation of a new change management reporting inventory. This project will entail developing means of bringing together disparate datasets from several different areas to allow for the Change Management Governance group to better manage risk. This candidate is also required to support defining and implementation of appropriate data controls relating to data feeds, consolidation and reporting. The candidate will work very closely with the technology teams that are building out the Global O&T Risk and Control Dashboard as well as playing a role in acquiring the required data for this project in our big data platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation of risk reporting in the enterprise analytics platform utilizing Hive, Python and R
  • Manage relationships with data providers to understand underlying data and gain awareness of changes to come
  • Create presentations that will clearly state objectives, approaches and benefits of case studies and the ability to articulate results to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment given competing priorities and to think outside of the box to come up with innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrates strong judgment, political astuteness, and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
  • Experience problem solving solutions that bring together disparate sets in a way that is sustainable in an automated environment
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for big data analytics, to partner and strategize with O&T stakeholders in developing analytical routines to achieve their objectives.  Clearly articulate and present design solutions, rationale issues and tradeoffs.
  • Develop dashboard prototypes with short turnaround time utilizing MS Access/Excel, Tableau, etc.
  • Possess the ability to operate independently on complex projects and problem solve on the fly to ensure deliverables are met

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, project management, process improvement, technology and/or leadership of complex units. 
  • Ability to drive new initiatives and proof of concepts with stakeholders, with the ability to assess requirements and establish timelines for each analysis project.
  • Strong risk management background in working with data for financial services companies, is preferred.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of management, as well as good analytical and communication skills.
  • Must possess strong knowledge and real life experience in working with SQL (Hive) and Object Oriented Programming tools (Python, R)
  • Strong understanding of predictive / analytical modeling techniques, theories, principles, and practices.  Experience in machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, graph modeling and text mining routines is preferred.
  • Ability to drive new initiatives and proof of concepts with stakeholders, with the ability to assess requirements and establish timelines for each analysis project.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
