The successful candidate combines strong marketing expertise with strategic thinking, project leadership, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client segment and a passion for understanding the evolving needs, expectations, and behaviors of wealthy individuals and families. They are intellectually curious, commercially minded, and highly attuned to shifts in client expectations, competitive dynamics, and emerging engagement trends across wealth management and related industries. This individual combines strategic marketing expertise with creativity and fresh thinking, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the Citi Private Bank client experience, strengthen client relationships, and differentiate the franchise through innovative, insight-driven marketing programs.
In addition to leading marketing programs, the role will support key operational and business management activities for the broader marketing team, including reporting, planning, budget coordination, and governance processes. - Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business priorities and client needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through innovative marketing approaches, content strategies, and engagement programs.
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to business stakeholders, providing guidance on campaign strategy, audience targeting, messaging, and engagement opportunities.
- Drive collaboration across regional, NAM, and global marketing teams to maximize program effectiveness and consistency of execution.

- Leverage client research, marketplace insights, and competitive intelligence to uncover opportunities that differentiate Citi Private Bank and support sustainable business growth.
- Bring external perspectives, innovative ideas, and leading practices to marketing strategy discussions, helping elevate the firm’s approach to client engagement and experience.
