Job Overview
We areseekingan exceptionally dynamic and visionaryHead of NAM Retail, Citigold and Citi Private Client Marketing to join the Citi Wealth Marketing Leadership Team. This senior executive role is pivotal in leading the overarching marketing strategy and execution for our key high-value client segments across North America, including Everyday Banking, Citi Priority,Citigold, and Citi Private Client. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving client acquisition, engagement, and loyalty, ensuring brand consistency, and owning the full-funnel marketing strategy in a rapidly evolving High-Net-Worth (HNW) client landscape. This critical position demands unparalleled leadership capability, profoundexpertisein client acquisition and loyalty strategies, and the ability to foster robust partnerships across regional and global functions to deliver substantial business growth and enhance our differentiated Citi Wealth experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership & P&L Accountability:
Develop and lead comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategies and execution plans for all Retail,Citigold, and Citi Private Client segments across North America, driving brand building, client acquisition, Net New Investment Assets (NNIA) growth, and client loyalty.
Serve as the primary strategic marketing leadership point of contact, partnering closely with the head of U.S. Retail Banking,Citigold, and Citi Private Client, and the campaign executive team.
Manage overall Acquisition Marketingexpenseand Contra, ensuring campaign CPAs and Contra remain within targets, and oversee the annual plan from both acquisition and customer engagement perspectives.
Client Lifecycle Management (Acquisition, Engagement, Retention):
Lead omni-channel marketing initiatives across Retail, Wealth, and Mortgage,optimizingclient acquisition, engagement, andretentionencouraging primary banking, broadening product adoption, and driving New Fund Sales (NFS) and investment penetration.
Drive marketing support for technical enhancements on key projects (to boost acquisition andoptimizeclient journeys.
Brand, Content & Product Marketing:
Oversee content strategy, client segmentation, product marketing, and the development of advisor toolkits across all covered segments.
Ensure brand consistency and differentiated client experiences through compelling offers and products fortargetedcustomerbase.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
Own the measurement of marketing effectiveness and client impact, partnering with analytics teams to develop andmaintaincritical reporting and insights.
Governance, Risk & Operational Excellence:
Lead the Risk and Control agenda for all marketing activities, ensuring clean campaign delivery, adherence to regulations and controls, and promptissueescalation.
Manage critical third-party responsibilities, including agency relationships.
Create andmaintaincomprehensive books of work, manage team processes and procedures for streamlined control withinguardrailsensuring focus on key commitments through strategic campaigns and capacity management.
Foster collaboration and partnership through dedicated Retail/Wealth routines, including Quarterly Strategic Reviews.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in marketing leadership within financial services, with a strong focus on retail banking, wealth management, and private banking.
Proventrack recordof success in developing and executing client acquisition, engagement, and loyalty strategies across diverse segments, driving significant revenue impact and strategic accountability.
Exceptional leadership capabilities with extensive experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams and initiatives within a global organization.
Deepexpertisein omni-channel marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and client segmentation, particularly within the HNW client space.
Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and proven ability to innovate and differentiate.
Outstanding partnership and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse senior stakeholders.
Robust understanding of risk and control frameworks within a highly regulated environment.
Bachelor's degreerequired;Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
