- Coordinate the Equity Research Oversight Committee process, ensuring timely review of research initiations, ratings changes, and material research updates in collaboration with Supervisory Analysts, the Control Group, and the Production team.
- Produce and analyze product metrics that enable the research management team to assess performance and identify opportunities across each research franchise.
- Build and maintain business analytics dashboards that translate KPIs into clear, actionable insights for managers and research analysts.

- Establish and maintain project governance processes that surface dependencies, risks, and conflicts across programs, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of status and escalations.
- Manage program documentation, meeting records, and organizational knowledge to ensure the operations team has current and accessible information at all times.

- Analytical capability to interpret performance data, develop dashboards, and produce metrics that support decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to documentation, reporting, and process management.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to coordinate effectively across teams, functions, and seniority levels.
- Self-directed and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently without close supervision.
- Ability and commitment to acquire and maintain FINRA licenses including the SIE, 63, 86, 87 & 24.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with equity research workflows, research product management, or capital markets operations.
