Job Overview
As a Digital Wealth Commercialization and Growth Senior Lead, you will be a pivotal member of the North America Citigold and Citigold Private Client team, responsible for helping both define the digital commercialization strategy for retail wealth clients and drive its tactical execution. Your primary objective is to accelerate the product growth and adoption of our digital wealth capabilities by bridging the gap between product development, service, and sales, ensuring our innovative digital functionalities are effectively promoted, adopted, and positioned to deepen client relationships, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities
- Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
- Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, investments product pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
- Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
- Set and contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps to build business plans
- Collaborate with and influence key internal stakeholders to drive prioritization and approvals
- Create go to market strategies for new features to drive maximum growth across the CG digital landscape
- Define the success of metrics and KPIs for product and service launches. Own the post-launch analysis and reporting, providing insights to leadership on performance against goals and recommending optimizations for future launches.
- Develop sales enablement strategies, working with the field to increase awareness and product sales and adoption
- Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management
- Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience, digital product strategy and commercialization preferred
- Knowledge of financial securities, trading, and/or managed products required
- Knowledge of marketing, product development, and/or analytics
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Required current US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66.
- Must meet ALL US FINRA Registration requirements within 150 days of starting in the role
Education
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
