Job Overview
The Digital Wealth Commercialization and Growth Associate is a key role within the NAM (North America) Citigold/Citigold Private Client team, focused on executing the strategies that drive growth through our digital channels. This position works in close partnership with senior leads to implement product plans, coordinate go-to-market activities and support the promotion of new digital products and capabilities. The primary objective is to contribute to the team's success in increasing market share, deepening client relationships, and ensuring successful client growth via digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers
- Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
- Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation
- Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
- Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
- Create go to market strategies for new features to drive maximum growth across the Citigold digital landscape
- Prepare communications, and educate service and sales teams on upcoming functionality updates and new products
- Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management
- Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience, knowledge of financial products required
- Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, digital strategy, and/or analytics
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Required current US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66.
- Must meet ALL US FINRA Registration requirements within 150 days of starting in the role
Education
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
