Citi’s US in-house creative agency is looking for a Creative Execution Manager to lead its interactions with external agencies and project forecasting.

The key characteristics for this position are:

  • Excellent communicator – Leading conversations with both internal and external partners to ensure all parties have the creative tools they need to succeed
  • Big picture thinker – Understanding how marketing assets across channels connect to make a cohesive, engaging campaign
  • Business driver – Leading project planning and forecasting to gain line of sight to Skyline’s upcoming book of work
  • Resource identifier – Conducting agency capability reviews and leveraging a decisions tree to assign creative requests to best suited agency; determining which has the greatest benefit to the business from a capability, timing and cost effectiveness standpoint
  • Continuous learner / Influencer – Promoting continued education to the team, introducing fresh ideas and providing mentorship to help retain and grow in-house talent
  • Collaborative partner – Partnering with stakeholders and execution partners to equip the team with best practices and the latest guidelines for delivering top tier creatives

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the in-house agency is to provide their partners with innovative and dynamic assets that adhere to brand guidelines, the client's central messaging and ADA compliance.

The Creative Execution Manager is specifically responsible for:

  • Partners with the Creative Operations Manager to present project forecasting findings and plan team capacity to effectively take on the incoming book of work
  • Acts as the in-house and external creative agency capability SME, determining the most effective partners to take on marketing assignments leveraging a decision tree of predetermined criteria in agency selection
  • Facilitates the transfer and collection of project files from external agencies
  • Provides advice and identifies potential efficiencies or where external agency estimates seem inflated or unrealistic
  • Acts as liaison with the internal video studio to request quotes and coordinate video / photo shoots
  • Manages interactions with freelance VO talent on video / audio ads that meet Citi’s creative standards
  • Demonstrating Citi’s purpose of making every client’s progress our passion

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of leadership experience, including creative execution and agency interactions
  • Successful experience partnering with internal clients and senior leaders
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver branding decisions across multiple products
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with local and remote team members
  • A BA or higher in marketing or a related field

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
