Job Overview
The Consumer Product Sales Sr. Lead – Customer Growth, Senior Vice President is accountable for complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to drive Acquisition growth for our Personal Installment Loan (PIL) business. This role will be responsible for executing customer acquisition strategies, with creative control, across multiple channels, partnering closely with product, marketing, branch, risk, finance, analytics and operations teams to deliver sustainable portfolio growth. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results of an area. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own goals.
This role reports to the Head of Customer Growth and will play a key role in shaping the future growth strategy of a multi-billion-dollar lending portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Lead Acquisition growth through channel optimization/efforts, End-to-end campaign planning and delivery
Coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders and ensure delivery against business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition volume, quality, profitability, and customer experience.
Develop and implement testing agenda - offers, creatives with Marketing to enhance product positioning
Evaluate and optimize acquisition performance across multiple channels, including branch, direct marketing, and aggregators
Partner with analytics teams to develop acquisition forecasts and performance monitoring frameworks. Evaluate channel economics and profitability.
Translate data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with Risk, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Analytics teams to execute growth initiatives.
Influence stakeholders across multiple functions to drive strategic priorities and business outcomes
Ensure compliance and consistency with Citigroup’s Compliance & Control policy and local regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings with customers, partners and regulators.
Ensure key metrics are met.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
10+ years related product sales experience.
Experience managing customer acquisition, growth, portfolio strategy, marketing strategy, or lending products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.
Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Clear communication skills and the ability to represent the organization with the leaders of partner organizations. Knowledge of general banking operations and cross-sell opportunities.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
